Services

InsightEdge Research provides Market Research & Business Intelligence Services conducted entirely remotely. All engagements are governed by a signed project agreement prior to commencement.

Service Offerings & Rates

S/01

Competitive Intelligence Report

Deep analysis of 5–10 competitors: positioning, pricing, features, marketing strategy, strengths/weaknesses. Delivered as a comprehensive PDF.

Rate: $1,500.00 per report

S/02

Customer Research & Persona Development

Surveys, interviews, and analysis to develop detailed customer personas. Includes demographic data, pain points, and buying behavior.

Rate: $2,000.00 per project

S/03

Market Entry Analysis

Research for entering a new geographical market or industry segment. Includes regulatory review, competitor mapping, and opportunity assessment.

Rate: $2,500.00 per analysis

S/04

Ongoing Market Intelligence (Monthly)

Monthly briefings on industry trends, competitor moves, regulatory changes, and opportunity alerts relevant to your business.

Rate: $1,500.00 / month

Payment

50% deposit is required before project commencement. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the final deliverable. Monthly retainers are billed at the start of each month.

Refund Policy

Project Cancellation

If a project is cancelled by the client before research work has commenced, the full deposit will be refunded within 5 business days.

If cancellation occurs after research work has begun, a partial refund will be issued based on the percentage of work not yet completed, at InsightEdge Research's reasonable discretion.

Completed Deliverables

Due to the custom and proprietary nature of our research deliverables, no refunds are issued once a final report or analysis has been delivered and accepted by the client.

Monthly Retainers

Monthly retainer agreements (S/04) may be cancelled with 14 days written notice before the next billing cycle. No partial-month refunds are issued.

Disputes

If you are unsatisfied with a deliverable, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will work in good faith to address concerns and, where appropriate, revise the deliverable at no additional charge.
